1 Introduction:

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services operated by AgyaatVerse, including but not limited to:
・The official Minecraft server(s) operated under the AgyaatVerse name.
・The official website located at https://agyaatverse.in.
・Our in-game stores, including the Tebex-powered online store and the official Discord Store.
・The official AgyaatVerse Discord community.

1.2 By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1.3 These Terms apply in conjunction with, and are supplemented by, our Privacy Policy and Refund & Chargeback Policy.
2 Eligibility to Use Services:

2.1 Access to our Minecraft server(s) requires a legitimate, licensed copy of Minecraft (Java Edition or Bedrock, as applicable) and a registered Minecraft account.

2.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you have obtained verified parental/guardian consent if under the age of 13.

2.3 Certain features or purchases may have additional age or eligibility requirements as mandated by applicable laws.

3 Account Responsibilities:

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including but not limited to your Minecraft, Tebex, and Discord login details.

3.2 Any action taken using your account will be deemed to have been taken by you, regardless of whether you authorized it.

3.3 Sharing, selling, trading, or gifting of accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being compromised, shared, or used for fraudulent purposes.
4 Store Purchases:

4.1 Purchases may include, but are not limited to, in-game ranks, virtual currency (Coins, Gems, Money), items, cosmetics, and special features.

4.2 All purchases are processed through Tebex or our official Discord Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex’s terms in addition to these Terms.

4.3 Discord Store Discount: Purchases made via our official Discord Store may be eligible for exclusive discounts not available on the main Tebex store. The availability, amount, and duration of such discounts are subject to change or withdrawal at our sole discretion.

4.4 Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and may vary depending on promotions, bundles, or limited-time offers. 4.5 Attempting to exploit store discounts, manipulate prices, or otherwise circumvent purchase systems will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5 Delivery of Digital Goods:

5.1 Most purchases are delivered automatically and will appear in your account within 1–20 minutes after payment confirmation.

5.2 If your purchase does not appear within this time frame, you must submit a support request via our official Discord or email (help.agyaatverse@gmail.com) with valid proof of purchase.

5.3 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by payment processors, server downtime, or user error.

6 Gameplay Rules & Enforcement:

6.1 All users must follow the AgyaatVerse Server Rules, which may be updated at any time.

6.2 Violations of server rules may result in temporary or permanent bans, mutes, or other enforcement actions, depending on the severity of the breach.

6.3 Paid appeals are available for bans or mutes. While payment ensures a review of your case, it does not guarantee that the penalty will be reversed.

7 Prohibited Conduct:

By using our services, you agree not to:

・Engage in cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications.
・Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain.
・Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior.
・Impersonate staff or other players.
・Advertise or promote other servers, services, or content without our express permission.
・Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal functioning of our services.
8 Ownership & Intellectual Property:

8.1 All server builds, configurations, plugins, branding elements, logos, artwork, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of AgyaatVerse, unless otherwise stated.

8.2 You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8.3 Any contributions made by players (e.g., builds, artwork) while on our server become the property of AgyaatVerse unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

9 Limitation of Liability:

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgyaatVerse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, accounts, purchases, or in-game progress.

9.2 Our total liability to you, for any reason and under any theory of liability, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

10 Changes to Terms:

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1 Introduction:

This document constitutes the Privacy Policy and Refund / Chargeback Policy (collectively, the “Policies”) of AgyaatVerse (“AgyaatVerse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 3.2 Transaction Fulfilment — To process payments, verify orders, and deliver in-game products or services.
3.3 Security & Enforcement — To investigate rule violations, enforce bans/mutes, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activities.
3.4 Communication — To send service-related notices, security alerts, and essential updates (non-promotional).
3.5 Operational Improvement — To enhance gameplay quality, optimize performance, and detect system issues.
4 Data Sharing and Retention:

4.1 Data Sharing

・Personal data shall never be sold to third parties.
・Limited information may be disclosed to:
  a) Legal authorities upon lawful request.
  b) Tebex and payment gateways strictly for payment processing.
  c) Technical service providers for infrastructure and security purposes.

4.2 Data Retention

・Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein or as required by law.
・Deleted account data may persist in backup archives for up to 90 days before being permanently erased.

5 User Rights:

Subject to applicable laws, users may request:

 5.3 Deletion of personal data where legally permissible.

6 General Refund Terms:

6.1 All payments made via our Tebex store are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6.2 Digital goods, which are non-physical and generally include:,
 a) Server ranks and in-game privileges (e.g., Overload , Mystic, Divine, Celestial, Inferno and Custom Ranks.);
 b) Cosmetic features such as tags, particles, and chat effects;
 c) Access-based perks including queue priority or special zones;
 d) Crate keys, digital boosters, and in-game event access;
 e) Benefits derived from YouTube Memberships or Discord roles.
are considered delivered upon successful server crediting and are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.

6.3 Refund requests based on user dissatisfaction, gameplay changes, or unauthorized account usage will not be honored.
7 Exceptions to Non-Refundability:

Refunds may be granted solely under the following conditions:
 7.1 Duplicate payments for the identical product or package.
 7.2 Verified technical failure preventing the delivery of purchased goods.
 7.3 Refund obligations mandated by applicable law.

All approved refunds will be issued exclusively through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
8 Chargeback Policy:

8.1 Any chargeback, payment dispute, or PayPal claim initiated without prior written communication with AgyaatVerse will result in:

・Immediate and permanent ban from all AgyaatVerse servers, websites, and affiliated platforms.
・Blacklisting of the Minecraft and payment account across related networks.

8.2 Users must notify AgyaatVerse of any billing discrepancies within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
9 Paid Ban/Mute Appeal Policy:

 9.1 AgyaatVerse offers a paid appeal process for account bans or mutes.
 9.2 The payment covers administrative review only and does not guarantee that the punishment will be lifted.
 9.3 Under no circumstances will payments for appeal requests be refunded.
10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 10.1 This Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

 10.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

 10.3 Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, the User shall be required to seek resolution through written correspondence directed to help.agyaatverse@gmail.com.

 f) Data center disruptions, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
4 Gameplay-Related Risks:

4.1 Minecraft is a multiplayer sandbox game that inherently involves dynamic interaction between users, including competitive, survival, and PvP elements. As such, AgyaatVerse disclaims liability for:
 a) Loss of in-game items, progress, or digital currency due to combat, server resets, or bugs;
 b) Emotional distress arising from player-versus-player encounters, roleplay, or chat exchanges;
 c) Sudden changes in game mechanics, economy systems, or item values;
 d) Unforeseen outcomes of game updates, plugin behavior, or resets.

4.2 Users are advised to engage responsibly, observe all server rules, and avoid reliance on in-game assets for any real-world value.
5 User Conduct and Community Risks:

5.1 While AgyaatVerse maintains a robust moderation system, we do not guarantee the complete absence of:
 a) Toxicity, verbal misconduct, or inappropriate chat behavior;
 b) Harassment, trolling, or griefing attempts by other users;

5.2 Users are expected to report violations promptly and understand that moderation decisions are based on platform policy, not personal preference or emotional reaction.
6 Account Security and Responsibility:

6.1 Users are solely responsible for the security and management of their own Mojang/Microsoft, Discord, Tebex, and YouTube accounts.

6.2 AgyaatVerse shall not be liable for unauthorized purchases, digital loss, or data exposure arising from:
 a) Account sharing or weak password practices;
 b) Family members, minors, or third parties accessing an account;
 c) Inability to recover access due to unlinked or invalid email credentials.
7 Store and Financial Risks:

7.1 All purchases made via the AgyaatVerse store are strictly for digital goods and are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, as stated in our Refund Policy.

7.2 AgyaatVerse disclaims liability for:
 a) Chargebacks initiated by unauthorized cardholders;
 b) Delays in rank or item delivery due to Tebex, network, or plugin issues;
 c) Price changes, sales, or removal of purchasable perks post-transaction;
